Bollywood Actress' husband Raj Kundra arrested in pornographic films creation case

· Businessman and husband of film actress Shilpa Shetty's husband, Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday night by the Mumbai police in a case related to the creation of pornographic films and uploaded them through some apps, a senior official said.

· The case was registered with the crime branch Mumbai in February this year about the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. The Mumbai Police commissioner said that they have sufficient evidence regarding this.

· Raj Kundra appears to be the key conspirator in this case, a senior police official said.

· After his arrest, Raj Kundra's old tweets about 'Porn Vs. Prostitution' from 2012 are going viral on the internet.

· He had written, "Ok so here go's Porn VS Prostitution. Why is it legal to pay someone for sex on camera? How is one different to the other??"

· His other tweet read, "India: Actors are playing cricket, Cricketers are playing politics, Politicians are watching porn and Porn stars are becoming actors....!"

· It is reported that another partner of Raj Kundra, Rai John has been arrested by the police. It has been learned that 5 other associates used to discuss related business on a WhatsApp group named 'H' account. Raj Kundra's brother is also said to be involved in this case.

· On Tuesday he will be produced before the magistrate's court.
