Singer and actor, Demi Lovato has come out as non-binary and said they will be using their pronouns to ‘they/then’.
The announcement came from the singer via a series of posts and videos on Wednesday.
The singer rose to fame as a teenage actress and soon became one of the most popular singers in the world.
The singer released a statement saying, "I feel that this best represents the fluidity I feel in my gender expression, and allows me to feel most authentic and true to the person I both know I am and still am discovering,”
The singer had recently shared her struggles with mental health and how they overcame them. This was after the near-fatal experience they had in 2018 our to drug overdose.
The video that the singer posted on Instagram informing the fans about the news has already been viewed more than 1 million times and there is lots of support coming for the singer.
