AstraZeneca vaccines have been suspended in almost nine European countries including Denmark after reports surfaced that it causes blood clots. According to European Medicine Agency, almost 30 cases have surfaced complaining about blood clot among five million reported vaccine recipients. Søren Brostrøm, director of the National Board of Health in Denmark, said in the statement, “ We need to clarify this before we can continue to use the vaccine from AstraZeneca”.
