In Ghana, LGBTQ rights are under attack: What you need to know

LGBTQ rights in Ghana are under attack! After it was raided by National Security forces in Ghana, the head office of the LGBTQ rights was ordered by the country's authorities to shut down. Workers and volunteers now fear for their safety.
The same office was threatened by traditional leaders who've said they would burn it down. The office did not get the support of justice or the police.
Although there are no laws against same sex relationships. Same sex intercourse is a criminal offense in the country, and anyone caught engaging in any type of gay sex acts could potentially end up with 25 years in prison.
