Its not coming home, its coming Rome! Italy defeats England in Euro 2020 finals

On Sunday, Italy won the Euro 2020 finals defeating England by penalty shootouts scoring 3 vs 2 at Wembley Stadium. This was the first time England played in Euro final in 55 years. The first goal was by England’s Luke Shaw in the second minute of the game.
This was the fourth time Italy was playing in the finals for Euro finals and this is Italy’s second win. They had previously won the championship in 1968 and played finals in 2000 and 2012.
In the second half of the game, the score was tied to 1:1 as Leonardo Bonucci scored the first goal for Italy in 67th minute. After the second half, the scores were still tied, so the teams got extra 30 minutes. Furthermore, the game finally moved to penalty shootouts when there was no change in the scores after the extra time.
Throughout the tournament, England showed excellent defense. In semi-finals, they defeated Denmark in a nerve-racking game. Italy on the other hand, started the tournament with great speed, defeating their opposition in a fierce manner up until today.
The goal by Luke Shaw is the fastest goal in the history of European Champions final. Leonardo Bonucci became the oldest played in Euro final history to score a goal.
