Meghan-Harry interview with Oprah: What you need to know

On Sunday, March 7th, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will sit down with Oprah Winfrey for a 90 minute ‘intimate’ interview. This comes days after the couple announced that they are expecting their second child together. The timing seems to be a little awkward considering just hours before the televised event, The Queen will be addressing the world via an audio message on BBC One. The couple, Prince Harry and former actress and philanthropist Meghan Markle initially had hoped for a half in-half out royal role, which was rejected by the royal family. The royal couple are now all set to relinquish their royal duty completely. According to the CBS, the interview will talk about Meghan’s “stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood … to how she is handling life under intense public pressure”.
