‘Mission Impossible 7’ halts production: What you need to know

Production for Tom Cruise starer ‘Mission Impossible7’ has been shut down due to a Covid positive test.
The production house, Paramount pictures, have not revealed who on the film crew tested positive and just released a statement saying "We have temporarily halted production on Mission: Impossible 7 until June 14th, due to positive coronavirus test results during routine testing,”
Filming for the movie was first suspended in February 2020 and then in October 202 due to the coronavirus pandemic restrictions.
This comes after an audio clip of lead actor Tom Cruise appeared a few months ago where he was heard reprimanding the film crew over violating pandemic restrictions. He was heard using foul language.
The film is set to release in May 2022.
