Potential threat by militia group to storm the Capitol: What you need to know

The US authorities are on high alert around the U.S capitol after U.S intelligence had uncovered a "possible plot" by a militia group to storm the Capitol building, again.
The alert came after Former President Donald Trump supporters attacked the building on January 6, 2020.
The threat appears to be connected to the far-right conspiracy theory, promoted by QAnon members, that President Trump would rise again to power on March 4 and that thousands would come to Washington to remove Democrats from office. March 4, a date tied to the original presidential inauguration day until 1933, when it was pushed to January 20.
Although there was no sign of disturbance on Thursday morning, American troops were ordered to stay around the Capitol building for another 2 months, and security to remain heightened in Washington D.C.
