The second round of Russia-Ukraine talks may be held tonight

The second round of ceasefire talks between Russia and Ukraine will begin in a couple of hours, news agency Reuters reports quoting the Ukrainian president's advisor. The Ukrainian presidential adviser says its delegation is headed to talks with Russia by helicopter.
The first round of Ukraine-Russia talks took place in the border town of Gomel on Monday in Belarus.
The talks are being held amid ferocious fighting between the two forces which has entered the eighth day. The British military has claimed that Russia has made little progress during the invasion of Ukraine. Besides Kherson, it has not been able to achieve a breakthrough in its march to Kyiv.
More than one million people have already fled the country and hundreds of civilians are believed to have been killed.
On the other side, as India made efforts, Russia is ready to send 130 buses to evacuate stranded Indian students and other foreigners from war-torn Ukraine's Kharkiv and Sumy cities to its Belgorod Region, a top Russian military general said on Thursday.
