Tokyo Paralympics 2021-An Update

The attention of the whole world is today and only on Afghanistan, in such situation the Paralympic Games have started in Tokyo.

Great Britain enjoyed four successes on day two of the games.

Lee Pearson has won gold in equestrian dressage individual test-grade II. His teammate George Wilson remained third.

cyclist Jaco van Gass and swimmers Tully Kearney and Maisie Summers-Newton, who all set world records and won the gold.

And wheelchair fencer Piers Gilliver, a silver medalist in Rio, went one better this time in the epee A final and won the gold.

China won swimming 4X50m relay over six seconds ahead of Italy, astonishing in a short-course race, and three seconds ahead of the world record. Brazil gets bronze.

Ellen Keane of Ireland won the first gold in the women's 100 m breaststroke SB8 category.

Till now China has won 7 medals and it is on the top of the list.
